1. Product Pricing and Specification

1.1. Prices and specification of Products in Inno PDA’s website are subjected to change with / without prior notice.

1.2. Inno PDA makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Products advertised in our INNO PDA website are available.

1.3. Inno PDA accepts payment via credit card and via internet banking.

2. Return and Warranty Policy

2.1. Return Policy

  • 14 DAYS return or exchange policy (only on accessories eg Casing, Cable, Storage Card, Charger and Cable, battery and powerbank). Smart Phone, Tablet, Bluetooth Earphone, Headset and Speaker are not entitle for Return or Exchange.
  • If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 DAYS of the order date and issue a full refund. All we ask is that the product is :
    • not used (Sealed sticker on packaging not tempered / void)
    • in the same condition you received it
    • in the original box and / or packaging
  • We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that's why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination. However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.

2.2. Return or exchange procedures

  • Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at within 14 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

    - Product to return or exchange:
    - Photo of the product for exchange or return
    - Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve!)
  • Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged.
  • In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
  • Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.

2.3. Warranty Policy and DOA (Dead on Arrival)

  • We only sell Original Authorized Distributed devices brands eg APPLE, ASUS, BLACKBERRY, HTC, HUAWEI, LENOVO, SAMSUNG and ZTE. All warranty terms and condition shall follow all defined terms and condition stated in the warranty documentation respectively. All warranty claim shall send directly to Authorized Service centre nation wide by user. All Smart Phone and Tablets are not entitle to claim DOA on one to one exchange basis.
  • All branded accessories are entitle warranty which stated in the product description pages. In bounce courier charges shall be fully borned by Customer for sending in product for warranty claim. We will pay for the Out - bounce courier charges. Accessories are entitle on DOA claim on one to one exchange basis.

3. General Terms

3.1. General Notes

  • Please contact us FIRST before returning any item.
  • Delivery charges for any return items will be borne by you.
  • Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
  • The following items are NEVER returnable: (i) Any item that has been consumed, drank and / or used. (ii) Items that require special delivery
  • If you attempt to return an item, which is non-returnable, the item will be delivered back to you, and delivery cost will also be borne by you.
  • The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their UNOPENED and ORIGINAL PACKAGING condition.

3.2. Return/ Exchange Instructions

  • Subject to the General Notes above, if something need to be returned, please contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING your item.
  • Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. INNO PDA Sdn Bhd will not be liable and responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only.
  • Refunds/ Exchange generally take 7 working days, however may take up to 4 weeks/ 30 days to complete during peak times.

3.3. When your shipment arrives

  • When you receive your item, please open and inspect on the same day as delivered.
  • Packaging of item that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately on the same day. Please note in the delivery consignment note that the packaging of item received shows signs of damage before signing and accepting "goods received in good condition". This delivery consignment note copy will need to be either emailed or faxed to us.

3.4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Purchase made with cash, a case refund will be issued. Purchase made with a credit card, a credit will be issued to the original credit card.
  • Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear in your billing statement as each bank’s processing time varies. Credit to be issued based on the original amount that was paid for the item excluding shipping fees.

3.5. International Orders

  • All international purchases are considered final with no exchange and / or refund which we sincerely apologize.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping and Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia for every purchase from our stores and flat rate of RM8 for East Malaysia shipping.
  • We engage only the most reliable and safest courier companies, GDEX and POS LAJU as our shipping partners
  • If the order is placed before 10:00 AM, the courier company will do the pick up on the same day. Estimated reaching time is 3 to 4 working days. Free shipping for parcel weight less than 3KG and packaging size less than 60CM X 60CM X 60CM (H x W x D)

4.2. POS LAJU Delivery

  • PosLaju offers the coverage of whole Msia, including both West Msia and East Msia. Shipping price is calculated based on weight. Kindly select the delivery places accurately as it consists of 3 different areas - West Msia, Sarawak and Sabah.
  • Please note that in the event of compensation occurs, compensation is based on the actual value of item but subject to maximum liability - Subjected to be approved by POS Malaysia
    A. Maximum liability for any items up to 2kg is RM100 per consignment.
    B. Maximum liability for any items more than 2kg is RM300 per consignment.
  • If additional insurance coverage is needed, customer may purchase it and the premium are 2.15% of sum insured.

4.3. GDEX Delivery

  • GDex offers the coverage of whole Msia, including both West Msia and East Msia. Shipping price is calculated based on weight Maximum liability for loss or damage will be RM 200 and they have insurance coverage optional. The charge for insurance coverage will be 1% of total value.

5. Login Name and Password

  • You are solely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your login name and password to any other person. You shall be responsible for all activities, orders and transactions that occur or submitted under your password. If you have knowledge or suspect that someone else has misused your password, please contact and notify Inno PDA immediately.
  • Inno PDA shall not be liable and/ or responsible for any fraudulent transaction and/ or any damages and/ or losses should it occur as a result of unauthorized use of your login name and password.
  • Inno PDA will collect personal information when you register. This information is used to enable Inno PDA to process and deliver your order. Information can also be collected to allow Inno PDA to send you newsletters and offers, which we feel, would be of particular interest to you.


You acknowledged and agreed that the access, viewing and/or submission of an order and/or the subsequent purchase of Inno PDA's Products at your own risk and that the information, materials and products provided are on an 'as is' basis and 'as available' basis. Inno PDA reserves the right to omit, add and/ or amend Inno PDA "Online Store Order & Delivery Services Terms and Conditions" with or without prior notice.
